I’m looking to replace my aged and long running ISE AW23. My shortlist currently is to go for either Bosch Series 6 or AEG L6/L7 although I have my eye on an L8FEC866R/OG and am aware it’s not a recent model. Having read https://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/help/…er-information both brands seem much of a muchness. I should add that this will be in an open plan kitchen so low noise would be useful. The use would be 3 times a week with a larger drum useful, but not essential for bulkier items. Budget is £5-600 so finding a Miele to match with my 4920SC dishwasher is tricky although I have found the Miele outlet which might be worth a punt.

    Thoughts?

Miele would still get my vote everytime over the other two brands even though there are little foibles like service and info is still restricted despite current legislation on the right to repair. You can now look up appliance explosions on their web site.

The Miele outlet at their Abingdon shop is deffinately worth a go as the prices are good and presumably backed up by thier warranty. I notice they have a WCD020 8kg 1400 spin very close to your top end budget.

Thanks don. I ordered a WEG665 WCS direct from Miele’s (central) outlet store. Gets delivered next Friday.
