ISE soap dispenser won’t open

The soap dispenser seems to have stuck closed on my ISE washer. The push to open mechanism isn’t working. We have had builders in the kitchen and they moved the machine. Possible that someone has pushed against it forcefully to get it back into position as it is heavy to move. How can I get this open without causing more damage. We have had the new kitchen virtually built around this washing machine!

Is there a chance this won’t open because it isn’t level back to front of machine? I have just discovered detergent drawers are more complex than I thought ….valves and siphons etc How do I access this area on this machine please? I will see if I can find a way to open from inside. Machine useless unless I can get this open.

ISE W256W detergent drawer push/click cover

My ISE W256W washing machine has been damaged by excessive pressure on the soft click opening door in front of the detergent drawer when it was being moved by kitchen fitters. Now won’t open by pressing on the corner to release. I think a piece of plastic has broken off. Has worked beautifully without issue before this.

Would someone kindly post a photo of the inside of the door cover showing the hook part on the inside where it makes contact with the catch (looks like a little roller).

I may then be able to see how it is broken & somehow repair
