1. Is the ISE the best washing machine avaliable with a COMPLETE 10 year guarantee – meaning if it breaks down/needs repair EVERYTHING will be done free of charge : NO SMALL PRINT EXCLUSIONS!
It was answered as Yes.
If the customer blocks the machine with coins they would now be expecting the repair to be carried out free of charge.
Thoughts?
