ISE washing machine not heating water

Hi

We have an ISE washing machine where we think the thermostat has gone. It is not heating water at all. We have checked the element and that seems to be working ok, we have had a local repairer out to it – but they couldn’t seem to help as they didn’t know the machine.
We either need some names and contact details of repairers in the north west of England who can help – we live in Wigan or we need some help in locating the thermostat on the machine – we could probably repair it ourselves if we could find it . We have had a good look and can’t seem to find it !??

Apart from this the machine still works like a dream and to be honest washes pretty well in cold water

That’s the model range, full model number should be on front, begins with a W.
