    I am hunting someone who is willing to look at my ISE washing machine in Woodbridge in Suffolk. The recommended engineer appears to be away or does not respond either to email nor telephone calls. The washing machine turns, fills and empties, but does not spin. I have checked the filter, but don’t know what else there is to do. Unfortunately its handbook is in store(!) so the only identifier I have is ‘ W1607W’ printed on the front of the machine. The machine has seen very little service although it is two or so years old.

    Careys in Ipswich. I have managed to contact them and am awaiting feedback on availability of spares
