Ignore that, we have our wires crossed 😆
I thought you were asking about the trade access log in, that’s been done.
So, that leaves the question, what did you mean ? 🙂

I simply meant that as I had sent an email to enquiries@iseappliances.co.uk yesterday morning I hadn’t received a direct reply, but then I was only asking for trade access to the site and that has now been sorted (thanks 🙂 ) so the system worked fine thanks 😀

Yes Martin, I just hadn’t had the time to deal with it and you’re a tad impatient at times. 😉
However, yes it does work just fine as does the ordering facility which is now online and also the technical info and enhanced user book are now available for download in the engineer’s area as well.
Profesionally printed copies of the new user book will be available in the next couple of weeks I should think once the print run is complete.

Not had too much time this last week or so but I was just reading the ISE web site and on the link ‘The Machine’ I noticed this statement.
‘We are so confident in our machine that we offer a free full five year parts and labour guarantee’.
Now I may be missing something but I was under the impression that the customer has to pay £60.00 for this privilege. ❓

Holy crap batman, so it does. 😯
Should read “We are so confident in our machine that we offer a free full five year labour guarantee with one year parts, upgradeable to five year parts cover for a one off payment of £60.00 “Greg

Na, on the web the machine is only for sale with full 5×5.
The 1+5 is an option only available through you guys, we don’t offer it any other way.
So any referrals you get off the website or us are expecting the full 5×5 package, makes life easier.

I thought that it would be something like that, however the ISE website is open to the WWW as a whole, and if I was a virgin punter wanting to buy one of the machines, I would look at the website, locate a local dealer, then wonder why he was asking me for another £60 when the official web site states that the machine is covered fully for five years.
A small point but one which needs clarification IMHO.
PS. Ken I do hope you mean 5+5, not 5×5 😆

I see where you’re coming from Jim.
The wording needs changing (or extending) to be more specific in the various purchase options methinks 😉
Yes/No ? 😀
