ParticipantJust been looking at the ISE website….
a few questions…………………………….i) is there anywhere on the site which gives the cost of the machine?
ii) do sellers really want the customer knowing their profit margins? (latest news section)
iii) how did I become listed on the suppliers section of the website?cheers.

KeymasterRe: ISE website
The ISE website is still being worked on, that is not final.
But to answer the questions…
1 – No, other than the figures in the news item that I’ve left.
2 – Removed, like I said, it’s still being worked on but a good catch and I didn’t notice that one, so thanks for that Tim.
3 – If you submitted a washerapp and can see this forum then the data was automagically entered to populate the database.
Anyone on there that has no intention of selling or first line servicing will be removed, we’ll be in touch on that score in due course and also access removed from this forum as, after all, if you’ve no interest in it then there’s no need to be reading this stuff or to be listed as a seller.

Thanks for your answers, one thing I did forget was to do with the paragraph below……
‘Our machine has been built to our specification, it is guaranteed for five years, delivery and installation are included in the price and, should you ever have a problem or question, you simply contact the person who installed it and they comeback to resolve it … FREE! ‘
I think the ‘FREE’ could come back and haunt us as there is no explanation about misuse of machine…i.e. one free coin removal then chargeable thereafter.cheers.

Further to Johns post in the MD update thread, my details are correct but you have Star Supplies phone number prefix as 623, it should be 0161 624 0003. North West agents section.
Is it possible to use the trade login yet and what would we find if we did. ❓ 😉

KeymasterRe: ISE website
Trade login is possible if you ask me really, really nicely. 😀
There’s not a lot there yet though as that’s the area I still have to get to. 😕
Essentially the facility to order a machine is there and that’s about it for the moment.
Evelyn’s details corrected.

KeymasterThe trade login system for ordering is now working, as is the ability to order from the website. If you want a login you’ll have to let either Dave or I know what username and password you want so that we can set it up as it’s manually done.
Just drop us a line.
Soon the extended userbook and technical info will be there as well for download.

KeymasterHi Bill,
I can see your username (obviously) but what we cannot retrieve is your password for UKW due to privacy rules. Only the account holder has access to know that.
Just PM or mail me what password you want and I’ll get it done for you though.
