Just wondering if the site will be updated soon. I’m finding it difficult to promote the machines properly without the full range of machines on there.
I know your busy K but without an up to date site I feel ISE aren’t filling people with confidence.
I know I can guide people to shop@ but I find this more complicated to explain to customers and not so tactile to use.
Thanks.

I expect Ken Or John will reply, but the last time I spoke to them the new brochure is being updated, with just the 10s and the new 2 Aw23.
Ken was working on the first press so ironing out some mistakes before going to print, so should not be too long for a pdf copy is available.
If your desperate for info then the ukwhitegoods site has most of the information about the appliances currently available, if you want a the draft copy of pdf then I can let you have a copy. I have printed and used as a tempory measure until the new brochure become availble.
Hope this helps

I was actually due to do this during the week however, I’ve had a few issues with the server failing last week that have lingered and that is the hold up. Our server won’t be back in play until sometime next week at best.
I will be trying to do it over the weekend as, believe it or not, we actually want it up there as well. 😉

Okay, there’s a few “issues” with IT at the moment but, I’ve gotten a workround for now.
The info is sort of there but I can’t upload files until later today, I couldn’t do it over the weekend due to the problems as I’d hoped. However At least I’ve made a start to it.
I’m just going to use the PDF brochure as I have it now to save time. It should be uploaded today at some point I hope.

Hi Ken,
why does the online brochure show the old ISE2 and not the new AW23? I have had customers looking for AW23 info and say they can’t see it listed. 😥 😳Alan

Its lacking some ‘wow X factor’ are there plans to revamp the website now we have the s1607xy 10 😉
The local stockist list also need updating.
perhaps have some symbols representing those who just repair and those who keep stock?
I know not everyone can hold stock but this will direct and help the public choose.November 10, 2010 at 11:25 pm #286054kwatt
KeymasterThere’s a mountain to do there.
Text is pretty much done.
Backend system is in place with some tidying up to do for images.
Dealer search is pole-axed ATM. 🙁
Coder is tasked with it but, realistically, I don’t expect the dealer search sorted this year due to workload.
Problem is, it was either Amica service sorted, which pays the guys money, or dealer search on ISE… guess what I thought would be more important to the troops?
Also, I need seller service registration online, also ahead of dealer search in the queue.
Life’s grand, till you have to make the choices which lay somewhere between sh1t and really very sh1tty.

Yes fully understand your perdicament.
As you say there is only so much one can do, and you must prioritise the important stuff.I was thinking at putting some links to dealers around the uk on our web site.
As always having to look up and pass others details on but as its out of date its difficult to know who still current from the list usually end up just directing to ukw.
I get a few enquiries for ise from all over, which is great for our rankings and traffic to web site. 😀 not so good for sales 🙁 but rather we get the ise brand out there than some other makes.I want to trial it and see, so if there is anydealer interested then PM your email / and contact numbers and location and i will see if i can get something put our site.

Dev site getting there.
Dealer search will not be alive until sometime next week as it’s code monkey stuff.
But, this pretty much will be live…
