KeymasterWe’re revamping the ISE website, making it a bit easier to navigate, cleaner and a bit more funky in general.
Since a lot of people have asked, here’s some videos that I had done and there should be more to follow in time…

These videos are not public yet, you’re getting an advanced preview. 🙂
Once they’re “out there” you can use them on your own websites etc as you see fit.

Well done Ken, You might make a Hollywood Yet ! seriously though these types of video are a great way of imparting a lot of knowledge and features in a short space of time, a brochure is one this, these are another. I can see myself having these on my tablet ready to show a customer in their own home !
Keep em coming !

The plan is to do them for each new model.
It may not be available immediately on with the release but the train of thought is to do that as, in my opinion, using these technologies is far more important now than printed literature. You can get more across faster when it’s used as a sales tool, exactly as you are doing and I think that notion works very well indeed, I hadn’t thought about that.
But, you’re bang on with the use.
If anyone wants I can let you have the videos in an mp4 format or I can convert it if required for that use so you don’t have to be online to show people.

Thats it Ken, I would download the videos and convert the format ready for use on my Nexus 7 Tablet, Most of the ISE sales I have done have been done purely from my description of the Appliances, Features, Ethos, and Warranty. It can be hard for some people to gain sales without a customer ever seeing what they are buying but that said I have never let that get in my way. With the advent of this idea I can have those videos at my disposal and during a conversation with a customer there will come a point where I can introduce the video to whatever appliance. I see this a a valuable edition for those who wish to use them and they can also be used in store as well as in the field.

I’ll try to upload them tomorrow for you if I have time to do it as I need to get the file size down first, they’re big files.

Standard 480p downloads here…
http://iseappliances.co.uk/downloads/IS … 0p.mov.zip
http://iseappliances.co.uk/downloads/IS … 0p.mov.zip
Both are compressed so will come down as a .zip file extension so that they actually downloaded and didn’t start playing.

had a complaint from a customer who says its just too difficult to buy an ISE on-line. I have just looked on the ISE site and, maybe its me and it there in big neon lights, but I cannot see any way of purchasing a machine. Even if going to the ukwhitegoods store its still not obvious how to buy one. Why not put a big buy now button on the site?

It’s at the bottom of every product page. 🙁
I took the big buttons off as it didn’t look right IMO.

OK, but had 2 emails in the past week from customers not able to find them and I couldnt find them at all yesterday. Maybe add a
“buy an ISE” tab to the main menu on the top of each page, next to the “contact ISE” tab as there is space for one. That could then expand out to “find a dealer” and “Buy online”
just a suggestion.February 21, 2013 at 5:01 pm #388136kwatt
