Hi Guys, called to above machine this morning. It has no selector lights lit, display is backlit but no numbers showing and it is continually filling and emptying at same time. On/off switch works, and if machine switched on with door open it still pumps out but does not take in water. Any ideas?

Sounds like it’s confused, possibly a pressure sensor error of some kind.

    Did you do a reset?

    TOTAL RESET

Turn off power using the power button

WAIT FOR AT LEAST 5 SECONDS TO ALLOW THE MEMORY TO CLEAR

Press and hold the door open button and keep it pressed

Turn the power back on using the power switch button

Release the door open button once it lights up

Machine should now be reset to factory default settings and the test program can be run.

    K.

Hi Lawrence, no tumble dryer on top but is a 6lb tumble dryer on shelf above it.
On closer inspection found that thermistor connection on board was blown and thermistor itself was scorched.
    What were you thinking?

I have had condensation creep from a tumble dryer above ,it caused a short on the block on the board
