I don’t really want to ask this but a customer has pushed me into it.
If an ISE10 cannot fit down this customers cellar steps……can it be returned to ISE. And how much would that cost?
This is not one of my customers but an internet enquiry.

I think the customer would at least have to pay that wouldn’t they?!?
