    Ise 10
the sump ball keeps popping up and blocking the sump hose ,
no blockages, everything clear ,is there a breather on the drum ?

    CI555WH
Machine keeps washing for hours ,element okay ,brushes okay, pump okay ,stat seems to be okay ,its almost like it heats then switches on the stat but doesnt move on I,m loath to go down the pcb route .
    any ideas

Not seen the ISE 10 fault.

I would be tempted to take the ball out and tell them its a mod. 😉

It would be interesting to know what causes it though, perhpas Mark has come across this on ASKo machines. 😕

Have you run the diagnostics on the CI555WH ?

I have had one with a PCB failure causing heater problems although this one boiled everything.

When you say stat do you mean the NTC?

I have had that fault with an ISE10, its on here somewhere.

My one was due to oils in the towels softening / distorting the sump hose slightly. The ball wasn’t being held tight enough.

Removed eco ball as a better sump hose isn’t available.

This was 6 months ago and no call-back. Touch wood!

Thanks guys ,I had already thought that with regard to the eco ball but just wanted to check 😉
as for the CI555WH sorry Jim I meant the NTC ,I think it is the PCB I haven’t been but my engineer has and says that it seems to stop heating after the right length of time ,then just washes so I assume something is not working in the borad somewhere

The CI555WH diagnostics will also show the last error.

Regarding the CI555 have you had a good look for objects floating about?

Had one recently taking ages on wash, changed pcb still the same 😳
After good inspection and rumage around found small part of bra wire causing the problem.

Not heard a peep from her since 😉

    The ISE 10

I had one fail on install, found the sump ball ring had moved out of position allowing ball to block, obviously not put in from factory.

On the 10, you can also get scum build up that “holds” the eco ball just the same as any other machine that will cause that problem.
