Hi Guys, not a happy chappy tonight. ISE10 supposed to be delivered late am today. Phoned ISE pm and was told the delivery firm had a problem earlier in the day but were still delivering today. It’s now 18.45 and no sign of machine or any communication to say whether they are coming or not. Ah well another dissatisfied customer and probable loss of sale 🙁 !
I have very recently had a right nightmare with a delivery of a cd601w. The problem lies with Highway express, 3 times they messed it up (same mistake didnt load it on the delivery vehicle 😕 ) How a company stays in business being run like they do i have no clue. But David (from ise) finally got them to do what they are supposed to do ie deliver an appliance they are being paid to deliver. Ridiculous situation but between David and I the customer is happy now. Just dont believe what the people @ highway express tell you !!! A delivery date isnt a delivery date with them.
not getting any better….. let down twice this week. driver sick and then no reason for today. Wouldnt be so bad if they didnt ring the day before to confirm a delivery time with us only to call back on the day and cancel. rubbish service IMO.
and just to rub salt into the wound the invoice for them arrived today.
