Ise10 door lock

hi, machine works great wash etc,but when it ends,door doesn’t unlock! Can open it by emergency pull, is it door lock faulty? If so can I still get parts?

Have you checked that the auto open has not been cancelled, or will it not even open using the button?

I don’t know but from what I can see of the door lock should be a solenoid operated unit. if yes you should measure the solenoid coil between terminal 2 and terminal 3 of the lock. if this is open circuit it likely the coil has failed. If yes to this then have had 2 or 3 bosch solenoid lock where the coil wire has snapped on the terminal and have managed to re solder

can get tech if needed but there is more than one ISE10 model so need more info
