ISE10 F1 error

The machine keeps throwing an f1 error. It gets about 3/4 of the way through a wash, then stops and shows the F1 error. The drum is about a third full of water. I have to set it to drain to be able to open the door.

Not sure why this is happening – the door appears to be fully closed, and the wash starts off happily enough, but won’t finish.

Hi Jon,

Is there a lot of foam in the machine as it is is possible that too much detergent is causing the error?

It certainly sounds like that from the description.
