Hi. We are considering the ISE10. Where it will go leaves space to open a normal washing machine door but I dont think there will be space for the fold-down door as there is a radiator in the way. Can you please tell me how easy/hard it would be for us to remove the flap and add it back on at a leter date if the machine was to be moved? Is it just bolted on and can you get to the bolts?

Door pivot and spring can be accessed by removing the lower cover panel (two screws), undoing the pivot bolts (10mm heads) and releasing the return spring (Careful, it’s quite powerful).

Unplugged, obviously or ask your installer to do this for you.

    Thank you Penguin45.
We really like the look of these machines and want one for the new house but these door issues seem to be trying to stop us. I see that the door opens from the left, but the wall with the radiator is to the right, so this is likely to stop the door opening further than about 90-110 degrees. Any chance that the door direction can be reversed on these?

Only the dryer I think looking at brochure and manual (see links). But 110 degrees is more than enough isn’t it?
