    Hi,

    Just bought an ise10. Put on a test wash and the drain pump seems very loud. Is it normal? Video link below…

    Hi Charlie,

    It sounds normal to me.

    You’ll get that sort of sound when the pump is clear of water as such but still running to clear the water that’s spun out the clothes as it gets into a spin.
