    Hi all,

Sorry to trouble you all, I’ve not long dragged my ISE10 out of storage, and as a result I’ve been doing a few service washes to clean it through and check all is well. No clothes as yet just empty service washes.

Everything seems to be fine, except the drain pump sounds really noisy and I don’t recall it being that noisy before. I checked the filter and that’s fine, nothing around the impeller or anything jammed in there. Given that it’s been a while, does anyone know if the pump is indeed that noisy or if it may be a problem with it at all? All I know is that while it was stored, my father in law (who is getting on, and not the strongest nor tallest fella, tried dragging around where it was stored by putting wheels underneath it. Could he have damaged anything? Or is it all pretty inaccessible from underneath.

    Cheers for any help.

    Al

It would be unlikely for him to have damaged the pump from the outside. The machine does have quite a powerful pump and TBH is was never the quietest of pumps.

Standing unused for some time won’t have helped and it may improve more with use.

Cheers, that’s a relief. I’ll keep an eye on it.
