Just had a customer call about problems relating to skin condition since using the new iSE10.
He had an old asko previously, and has always used same detergent without problems.
It comes to light that they been using the wrong programme. 😳
The reason I see is when you look at the control knob is it so easy to make this mistake…. customer has colour items to wash puts them in and selects the coloured cotton wash. ❗
According to the new manual this is only 1/2 load capacity.
Pdf one i have states full load ❓ hence the overdosing. 😕Instead of the manual and control knob stating ‘white cotton’ perhaps it should just say ‘cotton mix’ 😉
Just thought I would point this out just in case anyone is having a similar problem… but i guess it down to ‘READ THE FRIGGIN MANUAL’ 😆

Yeah Steven, the book was changed slightly about a year and a half ago. 😉
But fear not, we got caught out with it as well as Asko “forgot” to tell us!
If she has skin condition things going on have you altered it to do the five rinses?
