I sold an ISE10 to a customer this morning who said she had read good reviews about it.

I typed “ISE10 reviews” into google and came up with this:

    http://www.foreverbetter.co.uk/tag/ise10/

Didn’t know Miele had such sites?

    On a side note:

My stomach sank when the ISE10’s pump hummed. Luckily it was only the water left in the pump that had frozen overnight in my van. 😯

Yep, I’ve known about it for a while.

This is Miele’s way of dealing with social media, employ a PR company to have a controlled social site!

    Brilliant plan. 😆

maybe there needs to be a mention of it next time someone compares an ISE10 to a Miele
