This machine is in a council half way house, it was condemned by the council PAT tester, he reported he could not get any readings. Not sure what to look for except diconnected earth connections.
Everything looked ok all the earth wires are in place, the tenants reported that the machine didn’t switch off it just washed and washed.
The element is ok, any ideas please

What were your Insulation readings of the machine?

I wouldn’t trust the council PAT tester.

There is a test sequence out there somewhere, a search should find it.
