Two things;
customer phoned tonight saying the machine has got a distinctive burning smell coming from it? the cycle(s) finish ok and the burning smell does go away.
(she has had the machine 2 weeks.)
when i go out on monday if there is a fault, say with the motor, where do i stand in exchanging the machine?
p.s. should the ‘mixed wash’ give you the 1200 spin? as a passing comment she said even from the first wash the clothes weren’t as well spun as her old 1000 spin WMA.

Hi Tim,
No idea on the smell obviously, that could be anything really.
On an exchange it would pretty much depend on what you find in all honesty where you got next.
On mix it is an 800 spin sadly as it can be used for synthetics as well. The only way to get the full wash and spin is to use the cotton 40 and then they moan about the time they all take. :rolls:
