ISE2 version 2 no motor regulation

Fisrt one of these with a fault 😥
As soon as motor fires up its into top spin. Tested tacho, wiring to tacho from board all ok. Thinking that the board is at fault.
Anyone else had this one, she mentioned that the ready and end lights were flashing as well, which indicates tacho circuit.

Yep, I have had two do this, one was my daughters own machine and the other one a long time friend, P45 has had a couple as well. Its the module.
