ise5-2 fault e10

got a call monday for very irate customer
cant find anything for fault e10
would like to have some idea of what i am walking into please as someone else sold it but after one fault doesnt want to do the ig on it anymore so i get lumbered with it
so any ideas please

No communication with motor inverter or motor detected.

Normally a loose plug or the inverter card faulty.

ok cheers
it has had a new pcb about 6 months or so ago
so hopefully it is just a loose wire

is a loose wire covered or is it chargable(load not correct so machine shook about) 😆

I have had a couple of these with a dry joint on the inverter board. A dod of solder fixed them.
