Hi, The machine starts its spin cycle, turning the drum a little then stops with this error code. Can anyone point me in the right direction to fix this? I’m thinking that it can’t detect that the motor is turning.
    Thanks

    well you could check that

at the back of all washer motors is a little magnet that revolves in a coil known as the tacho

you can get a multi meter and check the tacho coil for continuity and check the magnet is revolving with the armature and not broken

if ok you can check wiring from the tacho back to the board to make sure the signal is getting there

Three totally different ISE 5 machines made by Beko, Vestel and Amica. The Beko and Amica had brush gear motors whilst the Vestel used a 3 phase motor. What is the model number on the facia? The Beko and Amica did occasionally have tacho wiring related problems. Worth checking the motor brushes if it is either of those two. I’m guessing it will be either Vestel or Amica as the Beko did not have a digital display.
