issue with DeDietrich induction cooktop

This morning We tried to cook on our induction cooktop and the following error (I think it is an error) showed up: a small square O and a half square o, almost looks like a short 7. I am not sure what model cooktop I have, we are looking for the manual but have not found it.
I cycled power, but that did not do anything.

This error shows up on all our heating elements (we have 5).

I know this is not much to go on, but I hope someone has seen this before.

I am in the USA, so it is also very hard to get parts and support.
