Jim.Jim, she will be there at the same time as the drinking session so I will miss her too – therefore I’m still right 🙂

Jim.Jim: I think I should focus on the new ISE, your proposition is a distraction I should fight – no matter how attractive.

Well I have to drive all the way from sunny Kilmarnock via Glasgow tomorrow, don’t ask why Glasgow. But I guess that’ll be spent on the phone pretty much.
Anyways, for those that are going tomorrow or Friday…
We’ve got the new ISE stuff obviously, but I also have a ROUGH first draft of the fault code bible there as well, I only have a few copies and it’s only 40 pages so far as I got torn away from it today, but enough to get a sense of what we’re trying to do. The reason I’m telling you this now is that I don’t want any fighting over the copies that I do have.
Mind you, I could always get Bryan to raffle them off for our favourite charities couldn’t I? 😈

Dave. Thanks for the offer. I’m in that area in any case. Thursday in Newark & Saturday in Brum on other matters, and stopping over at Sibson Friday night.
See you.

Ken,
Apologies I can not make it to the meeting this weekend, I did not relaise that a meeting was taking place as I dont get chance to read all related forums, is there any way of emailing pm when these things are about to take place so have a bit more notice.
Can you update me on any issues discussed at the meeting.
Many Thanks
Hope to get to the next meeting.

No worries Steven, we were keeping it low-key for a change.
The only thing that kinda went really wrong was that, for some reason, Chris didn’t have a room booked. This is strange as I checked my notes and I defo asked for it. 😕
Basically we discussed tech info etc. WEEE, the new ISE machines which some people thought would be fun to strip down :rolls:, a few other little bits and bobs and the reason that Kevin Heath left UK Whitegoods and was dismissed from ISE.

Basically Kevin was dismissed from ISE for gross misconduct which involved the misuse of company funds. Now there’s no great secret as the matter is currently in the hands of solicitors, so obviously I can’t say too much on the details of it all until the situation is resolved.
What I will say openly is that we tried to do the best we could to help Kevin, he decided to go his own way and initiate the legal stuff, it was not initiated by either UKW or ISE.
There are large sums of money involved.
That is why I assume Kevin resigned from UKW in November last year, although the full logic in that was never fully explained, shortly before we knew for sure what was going on and also why the accounts for both companies were moved here on such short notice.
