    Customers washing machine has power going to it. Load machine and program starts. One minute into program and machine stops with the start/pause light pulsing. Switch power off and then on machine will run for another minute then same again. Does this sound like the control panel at the rear of machine? ❓

    No, more likely a component (e.g. Motor, heater etc) is faulty and forcing the programme to shut down. Do I take it you are in the trade?

    I repair televisions and do the occasional domestic appliance jobs. The funny thing is the machine seems to work when no load.

    Cheers Martin will take motor out as seems to have a covering of carbon brush dust.
