J Lewis (AEG) W/D. Knob not changing programme

Turn knob and programme does not change, no problem with knob
So I assume it’s the User interface board, but I do not won’t to
Order unless I am sure, it’s not a common model.
Can anyone confirm it’s just the control panel board

yes it could be user board, or bad connections ( have you tried taking them off and putting them back?), or main board

its one of those things you cant be certain off till you have tried it. you say the knob is ok but have you checked its turning the selector on the board

anyway as far as I can see user board is not that expensive so may be worth a try
