Have JLDWS Dishwasher which displays the code ¬20 after 5 mins. All that runs is the pump although there is no trace of water in the base of the machine. Will not fill with water. Any ideas?

Hi
Code 20 is a drainage problem.
The machine possibly thinks it isn’t empty or hasn’t emptied in the given time and timed out.
