    JOHN LEWIS washer dryer on dry cycle E20 comes up, but only some times, every time we go there it works , any ideas please

    Hi Simon,

    Very likely the pump is at fault or a blockage causing a drain time-out. Also as it is a washer/dryer E20 can also mean that the condenser unit is blocked with fluff and needs clearing out.
