    When I put conditioner in the fabric softener compartment the liquid passes straight through into the machine irrespective of the machine being on or off. I have cleaned the dispenser. Is there a valve that is stuck open that I can access and clean, I cannot see one in the machine when the dispenser is removed

    Usually caused by overfilling the dispenser compartment and then slamming the drawer closed quickly instead of gently closing the drawer.
