JLWm1203 washing machine 1 minute fault

Going to a John Lewis JLWM1203 washing machine tomorrow, customer says it goes through the program but when it has 1 minute left it starts again jumping to 56 minutes or whatever time duration the program was any pointers would be appreciated, does anyone have a service manual for this machine?
She also says no error codes are being displayed.

You’ll need to access the last error recorded : Press and hold both the Start and the nearest option button for over 2 seconds ’til the LED’s go out, release and the last alarm code is shown (or lights flash) indicating the code.

Thanks Martin, customer re-scheduled it for tomorrow night, is this machine the same as the ewm1000-2000?

Update, Got an E52 error checked motor low insulation stripped the motor cleaned it then megged it (passed insulation check) machine now up and running fine
