john lewis dryer

JLDV09 916095241 01have only had a quick look so far as its a take the kitchen apart to fully remove, but can get the lid off and there is power to the board. The machine is completely dead no lights on display nothing. Is there anything that would cause this other than the board as the price would make this BER? Usually I,d go through it all but this really is a kitchen fitter job from hell.

yes I would say its a board fault but it could just be the power supply chip on the board. easy cheap fix if you can solder

and sometimes the fuse resistor next to it. i think its 47r. the grey one.
