    Hello Clever People

I have an issue with my John Lewis Wine Cooler which is not cooling despite the display showing 6 degrees Celsius.
The Wine Cooler model in question is the JLWFF1101C. It is around 10 years old but there are newer versions of this appliance (virtually identical); I believe this is made by Electrolux/ AEG and may come under several brand names/ models. Visually, this appliance has the full height refrigerator (JLWFF1101R) on the right (steel door), with the half height wine cooler (top left, glass front door, wooden shelves inside) and the freezer (bottom left, steel door). The entire appliance code is JLWFF1101, I believe a current John Lewis model would be JLWFF1102 (and perhaps AEG RXE75911VM).

    Previously:
The Refrigerator and Freezer were working
Wine Cooler, I am unsure if it was working
There was a loud noise coming from Wine Cooler area, it could have been a fan with debris? And is it possible it was a noise from the freezer below?

Then I defrosted the unit to clean the Fridge/ Freezer/ Wine Cooler

    Now:
    Power is on
    Refrigerator works
    Freezer Works
Wine cooler is on but the display is showing 6 degrees Celsius (it is not, I put a thermometer inside the wine cooler and it is showing 21.8 degrees C)
There is no fan noise coming from the wine cooler (there may be a low humming sound but that could also be from the freezer and/ or refrigerator)

To complicate matters, the entire appliance has been ‘built in’, with a wooden bar across the top to hide the door hinges. I think I may be able to get it out by lowering the ‘screw feet’. But before I do, I was wondering what I should be looking for at the rear & which parts may be a good idea to order before I start moving everything around and taking up the kitchen?

    The label details:

    Refrigerant: R 600a 41gr
    Defrost Heater: 274W
    Fuse rating 13 A

    Made in Italy

I realise that I have put irrelevant label information above, it is just in case someone knows the appliance by another Brand code (so they can compare the label information).

Any advice would be much appreciated

    Thank you for your time
