Appliance Ref 925 034 423 – 01
This appliance is 4.5 yrs old and in the last week there has been a build-up of ice inside the bottom of the freezer compartment. Water appears to be dripping from the top right-hand side of the freezer compartment (as viewed from the outside) and freezing on the floor inside. Any guidance on likely cause and curability would be much appreciated.

Defrost drain in freezer blocked.

If you move your food to another fridge freezer ( friends fridge )

Turn the fridge freezer off for 48 hours with the doors open then the drain should defrost.

If the problem returns then you will need the defrost system checked.
