Does anyone know who makes John Lewis’s induction hob. Highly rated by Which, but presumably available cheaper from the OEM!

    Cheers in advance

It’s an Electrolux group badged unit……but you have to consider if the 5 year warranty that John Lewis often give on their own brand appliances is worthwhile even if the hob is cheaper branded as Electrolux, Zanussi, Tricity Bendix or AEG.

Suffice to say, with ‘Lux stuff it probably is…… 😉

    Thanks!

I had a feeling it was having read a few other threads! Also, it looked remarkably similar to one of the electrolux models.

So how come Which reviewd the JL one as being one of the best and the electrolux got a far inferior rating? Presumably it is just a rebadged effort with a few aesthetic changes?

If you put your faith in Which reports rather than doing some research of your own, you will end up with a mish mash of products, some of which will be pretty dire. :rolls:

Remember that Which reports represent the views of less than 1{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of the population. 😉
