john lewis JLBi WD1400 none starter

hi guys im unsure with this one hoping someone can help, symptoms are as follows

select a program and press start
door does not lock
green display lights go to DRAIN
after a few seconds or so it flashes 0 then to end

with the machine not locking and its intergrated i was reluctant to pull the machine out to check the pump.

im stuck here thinking interlock, pump or pcb.

any help guys is much approciated

Time to bite the bullet and get the thing out my friend. It could be that the interlock has blown the main PCB? It could be the dryer heater has a reading less that 40 meg? In fact any insulation problem will cause it to throw toys out the pram anyway. I realise you didn’t drag it out but what reading did your Megger reveal?

thanks martin, i was clueless at the time so no insulation reading, last job of the day as per usual never an easy one, floor tiles went down after installation so im in for plenty of fun here.
