John Lewis JLBIDW1203 sump fixings broken 2nd time after 7 months

7 months ago I replaced the sump on the above machine due to the back right sump fixing that holds the lower spray arm support in place as well as clamping the sump had broken.
Yesterday called to the same machine as there’s water in the base again and found both the rear fixing had broken. I’ve not come across this on any other Electrolux machine.
All wheels on the lower basket are in place and there is a bit of clearance between the bottom of the lower basket and lower spray arm.
I can’t find the cause of this and wondered if anyone else has come across this problem and knows of a cause?

I’ve never come across this before either. I’m apprehensive putting another sump in as I can’t be sure it won’t happen again.
