John Lewis jlbIIH603 Inductionhob turns of after 1 second.

I have looked at the above induction hob. When turned on at the mains, all lights come on, the hob displays 3 67 then goes off.
Now if I touch the on button, the lights come on for about a second then the appliance shuts off again.
If left the hob sometimes switches itself on and off a few times but again only staying on for about a second.
I have checked the connectors which appear to be OK.
Has anyone else come across this?

no but to look up correct one i need the complete Pnc
there are 7 hobs with this model but with a date range from 2004 to 2016. Things may have changed a lot in that time

you need to change induction board with the jumper

Brilliant. I mentioned the 3 67 displayed when it’s turned on and the owner said “it’s always done it” so didn’t take too much notice of it.
