ParticipantI have had this machine about 4 years and have been perfectly happy with it until today when after turning on and starting the cycle after 2/3 minutes the start button turns red but the machine continues to run, I have searched high and low but cant find the user guide. I am 78 years of age and dread the thought of having to buy a new one. I would be very grateful for any advise… Thank you

I should mention that I clean the filter at the bottom regularly and have checked that it is clean, the door filter is also clean, the water tank is empty.

ParticipantHello Dave thanks for getting back to me. I gave the machine a good check last night after reading some comments on the internet, I started by unplugging the dryer from the power socket sometimes this has worked when having problems on other items. I then put a very wet tea towel in and started the machine. it tumble for about 20 minutes, the blue light didn’t come on, I turned the machine off, the tea towel was wet through and I couldn’t feel any heat inside the drum..
In desperation.I ordered a new heater and it arrives tomorrow I’m just hoping I can manage to fit it, if that doesn’t make any difference, I think I will hang myself,,, ONLY JOKING 🙂
