Hi we have a john lewis tumble dryer, model JLTDC10, PNC 91609633400 in for repair. its heating but not drying the clothes. the condenser is clear, pump is working and the rear fan is running. is there any other problems with these dryers or does anyone have a service manual PDF. Thanks Mark. ps. this dryer does not have an element. it uses a heat pump (compressor).

The fact it’s getting hot would mean the compressor is working. Will see if I can dig a manual up later
These units are no more than a dehumidifier with a drum. The condenser ( or more like evaporator) should get cold to allow water to drop out of recirculating air. As long as filters are clear then there is no reason it should not work
