Hi, I’ve had this machine 3 years, this week, when I go to turn it on, I close the door and push the start button and the door lock click’s and then the machine won’t start, can anyone help?

make sure the child lock is not activated

if its not fault codes on this machine at seen by flashing lights. when the fault occurs count the number of flashes any light make

it’s not the child lock, the start/pause light is just flashing, no sequence

when you press start the door lock clicks 3 or 4 times

just checked again, when you press start the door lock clicks and the door lock light flashes 8 times then the start button light starts to flash

if it is a 8 series fault then it list 2 things

1 a circulation pump fault but I don’t think its fitted to your model

2 a display board fault
