John Lewis JLWM1203 Not filling, Spinning or Draining

My JLWM1203 washing machine not filling, spinning or draining. It does not show any error messages. The symptoms are below.
On any wash cycle.
The door lock clicks as usual
Normal fill sound for a second then nothing

On Spin and Drain Cycle
The door lock clicks as usual
Drain sound of drain pump as usual for a second or 2 then nothing

This is what I have tried so far.

Inlet hose is clear with no blockages and a strong flow of water.
Inlet filter is clean.
Inlet valves appear to be working. Both are showing 3.7K Ohms with the connectors removed.
Hose to pressure switch has no blockages
Drain filter is clean. The impeller turns but is jerky

I am thinking that it is the drain pump but can anyone think of anything else I should check. Also does anyone know the correct part number for the pump.

cant see it being the pump but can get part number but i will need the complete pnc number as there are 7 machines with that model no

there may still be an error message as not all are shown to the user
