    Hi all,
Does anyone know if there are any issues with the above m/c making small holes in clothes ?
The customer says they never overload :rolls: and iv’e checked the inner drum and door seal but both seem perfect.
The customer say’s she uses it mostly on cotton programmes and the damaged clothes she showed me were cotton.

    Thanks in advance,
    Allan.

I’ve come Accross this with a bra wire caught in the heater, when the machine spun clothes are forced in to the holes of the drum and where getting snagged on bra wire.

Thanks, I did clean the filter & remove a couple of hair grips but I could hear nothing catching in the drum. I will however take the heater out if I get a recall.

Some washing powders can cause small holes especially certain type of powders which are abrasive. I get that sometime, also sometime cheap clothing makes small holes because it’s well er cheap. Velcro clothes often found on baby bibs can cause it. Major supermarket clothes are known for it. Worth bearing this is mind, by all means check out for hair clips, paper clips, bra wire, etc to rule it out.
