Hi, customer complained that it wasnt draining,
I couldnt find a fault with it i couldnt get iot to go onto a test
program so I changed the pump.
customer has just phoned to say the drum is not turning.

its one of those induction motors is it likely to be that
if so does anyone have the part no,

I don’t think throwing parts at it is the way forward TBH. Far better instead you give me your email address and I can send you a copy of the service manual. 🙂
