This is a Zanussi/AEG oven and the customer has said that on 2 occasions it has taken 5 hours to cook a chicken. It doesn’t show any error faults, customers insists she has set the oven correctly. Any advise would be great.
Apart from the usual element and temperature check, the oven sensor could be an issue? Do bear in mind also there is a safety cutout on these that cuts out the oven on a time/temperature basis. (For example temps above 250c the oven only heats for a maximum of 3hrs)….all very odd!
