    Hi,
We have been looking at buying a dishwasher, we have not had one before so are amazed at the selection.
We need a slimline one, that is all we have room for,we noticed that John Lewis do there own:-

They do come with 3 year warentee as standard and upgared to 5 year for additional £60
I find it hard to beleive that John Lewis make these them selves, any one know if they are made by someone else and re-baddged. We have also been looking at the Siemens :-

These currnetly come with a free upgrade to 5 year warenty.

Any thought on these would be appreasiated.

We looked on Which and athough the John Lewis one is only 44db (most are @50+DB)Which said it was noisy, how can that be?

    Thanks in advance

    Steve

JL d/w is an AEG-styled Zanussi – perfectly adequate. Personally, I would say that the Seimens is an all round better product.

    Noise is a subjective thing:

    Thanks Penguin45 😀
The noise link makes sense, I think the JL has a better specification as far as functions go, I was a little concerned with getting it repaired once the warenty had expired, I can extend to 5 years for £60 I think,so might consider that.

    Thanks again,

    Steve

Just as a FYI, went for the Siemans, they could deliver it first Friday in the new year, but that doesn’t give us time to get the pluming sorted, so will go for the week after.

    Thanks again,

    Steve
