    Hi guys I have problems with a JLTDH19 prod 91609742400 which is not drying. When I check the pump area it is full of water and no blockages (I have cleaned it previously). When I start a cycle it drains straight away without any problems so I suspect the pump could be cutting out but I wanted to check for fault codes, does anyone have a service manual they could send me please? And do the pumps fail on these?

    Does the program not complete at any point? During that time does the water container actually fill with condensate water? To access diagnostics (see attached photos from manual)
