    Really no space for separate tumber, there’s just the two of us and the tumbler function is only used as a last resort. Is the John Lewis model worth considering or I am best continiung to save up for a Miele?

    I suppose it would depend on what sort of warranty you get from John Lewis, a lot of their own brand machines are actually Zanussi made. Not the worst washer/dryer on the market by any means.

    The Miele is a much better machine with the disadvantage of very restrictive servicing policies and appallingly high parts prices.

    Comes with a three year warranty and seems very similar to the 1600 spin speed AEG.

    AEG machines are actually Zanussi machines as well. 😉
